Kitchens, custom fronts, bespoke furniture & joinery purchased from Cubly (Green 2020 ltd) are made to order. We are therefore unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind

Bespoke and made-to-order furniture

  • Cancelations/ Returns

You can cancel your order within 7 days, however, after this period we cannot accept cancellations or offer a full refund on your order. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order and that you are happy with all design decisions and materials.

We endeavour to always send out quality products, however, issues can occasionally happen. Should you receive a faulty or damaged item you should notify us within 24hrs with photographs of the issue. We will assess the fault and arrange for either a repair or replacement of the item as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Warranty

We offer a 12 months warranty for bespoke and made to order furniture. 

In the unlikely event that a problem may arise with your item we will aim to offer a repair or replacements (depending on the nature of the issue) as soon as reasonably possible.

We can only offer this service if the issue arises due to poor workmanship or defective materials. The warranty does not cover the following; Fair wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by moving, negligence, or willful damage, problems as a result of the environment the item has been stored in or the natural movement of the wood. Any changes or alterations to the item by a person/s not endorsed by Cubly will invalidate the warranty. 

Our pieces will contain the natural, characterful elements of wood, small chips, knots and colour variations. These are not to be considered defeats but will be evaluated when constructing the final piece.  

A degree of movement in the wood is natural and to be expected. 

  • Design

All our products can be made to measure to fit your space, however, we do not guarantee mm precision. The buyer should allow for +/- 25mm on all dimensions unless specified otherwise.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to take and provide accurate measurements to ensure the item is designed/made correctly and fit for purpose. 

Please ensure to have checked your designs prior to confirming your order. 

Please note Cubly cannot be held responsible for any items designed which are specified by the client that are ultimately not fit for purpose or unstability. We will endeavour to raise these issues with you in advance and would suggest a prototype be made in advance at an additional cost

We will create a CAD illustration for you and offer 45 mins of amendments after your initial drawing. If you require additional design/drawing time this will be charged at an hourly rate. 

  • Pricing & lead times  

Quotes given by Cubly will remain valid for 30 days, after this time we reserve the right to change prices accordingly, inline with the current material/manufacturing costs. Prices are subject to change without advanced warning after this period. 

Payment will be made by the client in full before the work commences.

The lead time is reviewed when your order is made, but is usually between 4-6 weeks. We endeavour to abide by these lead times, however we cannot be held responsible for factors out of our control such as (force majeure) which may affect our materials supply etc. 

  • Cancellation of your order by us

If we have to cancel your order we will refund you the total amount ASAP, but cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or fees due to the impact of this cancellation.   

If we have to make any changes to your material selected we will advice you in advance.

Custom fronts

Custom fronts from Cubly (Green 2020 ltd) are made to order. We are therefore unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure you have ordered the correct items and we areunable to refund orders/ items which have been mis-ordered. 

We ask customers to share any designs with us to try and avoid this error and ask clients to check their order thoroughly before it's processed. 

Once the order is received and the deposit is made we cannot accept any changes and/or cancellation of your order.

  • Damages and delivery

When your delivery arrives please check all the parcels are delivered intact and without damage. If you have any issues with the delivery or if items are damaged inside please contact us within 48hrs and document the damage. 

In the unlikely event that any of the items you receive are faulty, damaged or missing we will, of course, repair or replace these items as necessary. We appreciate you may not be ready to install your new cabinets straight away, but faulty, damaged or missing goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Definitions

“Buyer”, “client”, “customer”, “you” means the person(s) or company who agrees to the purchase of goods from the seller. 

“Seller”, “us”, “we”, “Cubly” means Cubly, T/A Green 2020 Ltd

“Item”, “product”, “furniture”, “piece”, “order” means goods/ services purchased from Cubly T/A Green 2020 ltd. 

“Bespoke”, “made to measure” means items specifically made to buyers specifications

“Made to order” refers to item/ design available on our website which are made specifically for a client.
