Delivery & returns
£4.00 delivery with tracked 48hr Royal Mail service, U.K mainland
(please allow longer for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man)
We aim to dispatch all order within 24hrs or receiving them and use the 48hr tracked service from Royal Mail. When your order is dispatched customers will received a tracking code via the delivery service. All orders received over the weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
What happens if my items arrive damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please get in touch with alice@cubly.co.uk within 14 days of your order being received, if you have an incorrect or damaged/faulty item.

All our homeware items are eligible for return within 28 days of delivery, please note this excludes furniture either made to orders or bespoke as these return policies differ.
If you wish to return an item from our homeware collection please contact us in advance to notify us of the return. Then return it to us in the condition in which it was sent and you, ideally in the same packaging with a tracked delivery service. Returns will be the responsibility of the customers until then are received by us.
Once received and checked your refund will issued to the card which the payment was made. Returns will be processed within 10 days and you will receive your refund within that time period.
(We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.)
Issue after 28 days?
We don’t think you will have any issues with the quality of these items, however if you do, please get in touch with alice@cubly.co.uk.
Please note, as with many if our items these products are handmade and therefore liable to have unique marks, dimples and vary in size, colour etc. This is the nature of handmade so please take this into account when purchasing your order.
