How can we offer a truly bespoke service at a flat price without meeting you?

Quoting for a kitchen is very expensive. Both for us and our customers.

To do so from a traditional ‘bottom up’ approach involves the following:

• Accurate measurements and plans of your current or future space

• A fully thought out and finished design, specification and appliance selection

• Multiple emails, phone calls and visits to confirm your materials, finishes and colours

• Waiting for a design and sales team to produce all of the above, add it to a glossy document and send it to you

All of this to get a price that may be out of your budget. In the process you will have designed the kitchen of your dreams that you now can’t have.

The irony is the time and effort taken to produce these quotes is part of reason they are unattainable.

The cost and time this takes is ultimately borne by customers in the form of higher prices and longer lead times.

Cubly does it differently.

Once we realised the above we looked again at the entire kitchen industry business model.

We found all our bespoke kitchens fell into roughly 3 sizes and, with a few exceptions, would cost a similar amount to produce.

We also realised that all the time saved not quoting could be passed on in the form of a higher specification, keener pricing and better turnaround times.

So we did just that: 3 kitchen sizes with 3 flat prices. Small, Medium and Large. Fixed at the point of quote.

All of our headline pricing includes Smeg/Miele appliances, worktops and a Quooker boiling water tap. These can all be removed from your project if you just want the cupboards or they can all be swapped for a different brand or additional units. We supply all of our appliances at cost so an extra dishwasher, coffee machine or double oven can be added knowing you are getting the best pricing possible.

Truly bespoke and hand made in our Sussex workshop. Irrespective of contemporary or classic, painted or oiled.

On your actual quote we will breakdown the price for appliances, Quooker taps, worktops, delivery and installation (if you are in the area) so these can all be removed or swapped with other brands if you wish.

The price for bespoke seems a little… low?

Not having a showroom or sales team allows Cubly to significantly reduce overhead costs, which translates into more competitive pricing for our customers. This structure enables us to pass on the savings directly, making high-quality, bespoke kitchens more accessible. By operating without a physical showroom, we also avoid the limitations of space and can instead focus on creating personalised designs that cater specifically to your needs and preferences.

That being said you are more than welcome to pop into our factory in Sussex to see what we have in production, look at materials and samples and talk with the team. You can even watch your own kitchen be made.

Furthermore, without sales staff, we prioritise transparency and honesty in our pricing and processes, fostering a direct relationship with our customers where you can communicate your vision without the pressure of sales tactics. The price you see on our website is the price you pay. The first person you will speak to will likely be a designer and maker of your kitchen.

We are also vertically integrated business. That means we handle all of our production in-house in of our own state of the art factory and workshop. From design through to cutting, assembling and finishing it is all handled by a member of the Cubly team.

Like our larger bespoke competitors we have a robot (Paddington) that does the bulk of our cabinet cutting for us. This allows us to produce cabinets faster and more accurately and get a better yield out of our expensive materials. That leaves our skilled team of craftsmen more time to hand assemble and finish your kitchen and spend their time on personal touches.
